Rugby News & Views From an American Perspective

MumScrum & RugbyRugby Added to the Feeds

Today I added MumScrum to the feeds here at Rugby America. All I have to say is… why did it take me so long to find this one? Indiana based MumScrum has been online since May of 2013 and is a very personal view from a Rugby Mom and fan. The posts are very well written and thoughtful.

What I love most about MumScrum is that her family is relatively new to rugby and was introduced to the sport when her son began to play in 2010. So, you get a very refreshing point of view in her articles. As we’ve always said, once people are introduced to the sport, they’ll fall in love with it. It happened to me, it happened to you, and it can happen to millions more if we keep sharing the positive aspects of the sport.

If you haven’t already, give MumScrum a look.

Looking for another international feed, I turned to a familiar source… RugbyRugby. Not only does the site cover an extensive amount of overseas news, it is also one of the few international-geared sites that posts frequent articles about rugby in America. This Is American Rugby editor Curtis Reed is also a frequent contributor at RugbyRugby.

As always, if there is a feed you’d like to see here, email me at rugbyamerica1@gmail.com .
